Industrial DiskOnModule
IDE (ATA standard) storage device using solid-state flash memory technology. It's rugged, reliable and consumes little power. It's an ideal substitute for a hard disk drive, and is a cost-effective solution for applications requiring low power consumption and high mobility for system boot up. This highly reliable, non-volatile flash memory, uses a standard IDE interface. No Drivers or Software required. DiskOnModule does have no moving parts, no extra noise and heat will be generated. DiskOnModule have been widely applied in different applications, such as navigational systems, in military or commercial use telecommunication, mobile computing, industrial control system, etc.
Features
The technique in Disk On Module is based on Flash Memory, which is erasable and rewriteable. The rewriteability of NAND type flash memory is more than 2`000`000 times. The ECC capability, defect block management and wear leveling algorithm guarantee the high reliability. Designed and built for Harsh Environments, DiskOnModule have excellent anti-vibration and anti-shock specs. DiskOnModule use the (40 / 44 Pin) standard IDE Interface. Capacity from 32MB ~ 16GB, with Standard Temperature grade (0° C to +70° C) and Wide-Temperature DOM in Extended Temperature from -40° C to +85° C.
