One SNAP digital module includes 4 digital points. All four points are input or output, AC or DC. Output modules are fused.

One analog module includes 2 analog points. Both points are input or output. Single channel outputs are available.

SNAP mounting racks come in four sizes to accomodate a maximum of 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 modules.

SNAP D-series are designed for digital applications only. They can be populated with digital SNAP I/O modules and connected directly to a PC through an I/O adapter card or be used with SNAP Ethernet, Profibus-DP or other brains.

Versatile SNAP B-series racks accept both digital and analog modules on the same rack and use SNAP brains to communicate with either an OPTO 22 controller or host computer.
