VCMA9 | ARM9 based Single Board Computer! 200MHz with less than 2W power consumption MPL introduces another low cost, low power, highly integrated and robust Versatile Computer Module in a small form factor (90 x 100mm). The new product is called VCMA9. The VCMA9 has as core component a 32-bit ARM920T RISC processor with integrated separate 16KB instruction and 16KB data cache, Memory Management Unit (to handle virtual memory management), LCD Controller (STN & TFT support), SDRAM Controller and a complete set of common system peripherals is used. Besides the features of the microprocessor the VCMA9 offers additionally Ethernet, CAN and DAC. Up to 128MB SDRAM and up to 128MB NAND-Flash can be soldered onboard. All above mentioned onboard peripheral interfaces as well as the signals of a 32-bit expansion bus, are available on headers and sockets. The VCMA9 is, as all other MPL products, available as option in extended temperature (-40° up to +85°C). The VCMA9 is being delivered with a Bootloader. Further, a LINUX Kernel, developed by MPL, is available. Certainly can other OS like WinCE, EPOC 32 or a RTOS be used with the VCMA9 as well. VCMA9-BB2 |
The VCMA9-BB2 is a small baseboard that fits directly on the highly integrated VCMA9 industrial single board computer. It is built to give easy connection possibility to all the different interfaces available on the VCMA9. Furthermore it offers a reset button, battery-backed SRAM, a combo socket for I-Stick or SD-Card, transistor logic for touch screen, a battery cell holder with logic to generate RTC power, and a '1.8V Alive power' supply to reach the lowest power down mode of the VCMA9. The VCMA9-BB2 needs only one supply voltage: +5VDC for VCMA9 and board logic. The +12VDC for CAN power, LCD backlight inverter and '1.8V Alive power' is generated on board from the +5VDC. Features

Ein Rechnermodul VCMA9 mit einer ARM9-CPU mit 266 MHz von Samsung mit einer Anschlussplatine ermöglicht den Bau eines leistungststarken und günstigen Systems. Dieses eignet sich für die Steuer-, Mess- und Regeltechnik oder als intelligente Bedieneroberfläche im Bereich SPS oder in der Gebäudetechnik. Funktionen: - SDRAM / Flash bis 128 / 128 MB, - universeller Bootloader, - Ethernet 10 Base-T, - CAN 2.0 galvanisch getrennt, - 3 Serielle Schnittstellen, - SPI, I2C, - 2 USB Ports, - 8 x ADC / 4 x DAC, - RTC, Wachdog, PWM Timer, - Digitale I/O’s. Das System braucht eine 5V DC-Versorgung mit kleiner Leistung von 5-6 Watt. Als Betriebssystem wird eine Ausführung für Linux und eine für WindowsCE.NET angeboten. Für Linux-Anwender wird ein komplettes Entwicklungspaket angeboten. Für Soft-SPS-Anwender steht eine Programmierumgebung nach IEC61131-3 inklusive einer Option für die Visualisierung zur Verfügung. Das Gehäuse kann auf einer DIN-Schiene montiert oder direkt angeschraubt werden.
